Music Lovers

We embrace all kinds of music and instruments; a Gospel music workshop and worship, an Easter Cantata, Charles Wesley's hymns, songs from the World Church, a traditional organ, keyboards, modern drums and a traditional Zimbabwean drum.

Choirs and Instruments

Each of our churches has a choir which supports worship on Sunday mornings. The choirs from Dalston, Hackney, Clapton Park and Clapton are pictured below.

Music for Christmas, Easter & Harvest

Our churches come together for special Circuit services at Christmas, Easter and Harvest. Pictures 1 and 3 show the choirs of Hackney and Dalston at the 2005 Christmas carol service. As well as the traditional hymns and carols, each of the four choirs contributed their own pieces. Picture 2 is of the Clapton Park choir at the Easter Catata which brought together the choirs and congregations from the four churches. The Cantata was based upon 'Alive' by Joe E Park plus an anthem 'The Resurrected Christ' written by Samuel Sackey, the Hackney choirmaster. Picture 4 is our Clapton choir with items at the Harvest Cantata including Cantemus Cuncti and the Farmer's Hymn.
