Above is the Hackney Peace Carnival Mural at Dalston Lane. The mural was based on the 1983 Hackney Peace Carnival. It was originally designed by and is dedicated to the memory of Ray Walker. It was opened by Tony Banks in October 1985. Below is night time at the Lea Bridge Roundabout, Clapton, followed by Sunday morning football on Hackney March and houseboats on the River Lea.
